Tortilla pizza

Bill really likes a thin crust veggie pizza. So tonight I made us each one -- on a flour tortilla. It was pretty tasty!

Here's the trick, though. Assemble the pizza on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil. Then when it comes out of the oven, slide it aluminum foil and all onto the serving plate. Otherwise, it becomes extremely difficult to handle because the "crust" is so thin.

And I enjoyed folding my pieces over like a taco in order to eat them. I'll have to say, it turned out really well.

flour tortilla
tomato sauce + basil + oregano
pepperoni
thinly sliced Roma tomatoes
sliced green olives
diced onions
diced green pepper
pizza cheese blend
Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
