Focus this week on the
CHRISTIAN LIFE
Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding.

I’m accustomed to reciting verses 5 and 6 together from this Psalm. But 7 is, of course, a wonderful reminder of our position spiritually. We are never truly successful and wise if we depend solely on ourselves. It is only when we wholeheartedly lean on God and trust Him with every aspect of our lives that we gain His wisdom and His ability to follow what is right. Meditate on these verses this week. Pray these words to God. Examine your heart and allow the Holy Spirit to show you where you fall short. And put these words into action.
